SevenHills fabrication Ltd fabrication and laser cutting specialist based in Sheffield has more than doubled its turnover to £3.5 million in three years. SevenHills Fabrication’s financial results ending 2019 show turnover reached £3.5 million, up from £1.7 million from the financial year ending 2017.
Our company has also invested £1 million into plant and technology over the same period.This is equivalent to 31% year-on-year growth, with current year growth measuring 64%.This contributed to our parent company Steetley Corner Group recording £8.5 million turnover for the year ending 2019, growing at 48%.

Following the commissioning of a £550,000 laser cutter in 2017, SevenHillls, which traces its history back to 1926, has recently installed a £60,000 electric tube-bending machine and a £250,000 computer system, designed to take the business to the next level of operational efficiency.
Mr Harding-Terry added: “The company’s transition to industry 4.0 is essential for future-proofing the business and the new computer system allows full mapping of production, accounting, purchasing and distribution. “Operating in conjunction with new machines such as the tube bender and our forthcoming £350,000 investment into a robot welder and Bystronic press-brake, the computer system will also help to up-skill our workforce so that they are able to adapt to Industry 4.0 methods. “All of these advancements mean that our output is more efficient, quality and complexity of product is higher and our overheads are reduced, which is clearly being reflected on our bottom line, in conjunction with contract wins and diversification into emerging markets.”
Our company serves a range of Industries including aerospace, automotive, construction, oil and gas and renewables. We also work within the supply chain for both Tesco and Heathrow Airport. Our 45 shopfloor staff, including eight apprentices, are being trained in the latest methods of manufacture and up-skilled for future changes and manufacturing developments, complementing those skills with the next generation of machinery.
SevenHills Fabrication is based at Holbrook Industrial Estate in Sheffield and supplies businesses across the UK.
